Timeline Planning

A few weeks before your big day, we will plan a timeline call. This is going to be an in depth breakdown of your big day. Since I have done hundreds of weddings, I have perfected making sure the timeline allows for extra time to keep you relaxed and in the moment. I will send a document that you can share with your bridal party and family so everyone knows when and where to be. I will keep us on track the entire day so you have no worries or stress.

48 Hour Previews

As soon as I leave your big day, I immediately work on getting you 10-15 edited photos and sending you previews. I don’t want you to wait an extra second to see the stunning portraits from your big day. I’ll keep you updated over the next few weeks on when to expect your full album. Most albums take between 6-8 weeks.

Day-Of Best Friend

From the time I arrive, to when I leave, I am there to support you. Whether it’s keeping everything on time with our schedule, to making sure your drink is never empty, I will be there every step of the way to make sure you are taken care of and enjoying your day. I take my role as hype girl very seriously.

Special Moments

I will be your extra set of eyes on your big day. I love capturing moments you may not have seen or been around to experience, and the moments that passed by too quickly. I want your photos to last your lifetime, and even the generations after. Your story is incredibly important to me and I want your portraits to tell it in the most authentic way.

I truly have no words to express how amazing and lovely it was working with Rachel for my engagement and wedding photos. Not only is she incredibly talented, but I also felt like she’s a kindred spirt—like I could be her in another life if I were a photographer. The vibes were immaculate & she was the perfect additon to my wedding day. Rachel made the entire experience so special and memorable and I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect photographer for a day I’ll remember for the rest of my life.
